Orders, questions before ordering, privacy requests, partnerships, press. If you have an order, quote the reference starting EP- and we will find you straight away.
Never email us your FBI report or its contents. We do not need them to answer a question, we do not store them, and email is the wrong place for criminal history record information. See our privacy policy.
Found something wrong on this site?
Tell us. Every factual claim here carries a source and the date we read it, and consulates change their instructions without announcing it. If you have a consulate page that contradicts something we publish, send the link and we will either correct it or explain why we read it differently. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong.
We are especially looking for a Portuguese consulate source. We have not published a recency window for Portugal because we have not read one we are willing to quote.
