For platforms
Your users get stuck at the apostille. We already solved that part.
If you run a relocation, mobility or expat platform, you have watched this happen. The visa guidance is good, the checklist is clear, and then someone has to get an FBI background check authenticated by the U.S. Department of State and the whole thing stalls for six weeks.
We are not selling you a courier. We are selling you the judgement: which document the consulate actually wants, whether the dates hold, and what it costs.
The hard part is not the courier
Anyone can walk a document into 600 19th Street. The part that goes wrong is upstream, and it goes wrong quietly:
- The window is set per consulate, not per country. Every Spanish consulate we read says six months. Portugal says 90 days. Most of this industry publishes 90 days for both, which sends Spanish applicants into rush handling they do not need.
- Italy depends on which post holds your user’s jurisdiction. San Francisco requires the FBI check. Miami and Chicago do not list it at all.
- Germany usually wants a Führungszeugnis, not an FBI report. That is 13 euros and no apostille, against a few hundred dollars for the wrong document.
- Nobody can obtain the FBI report on the applicant’s behalf. It is released only to them or their attorney, and federal rules stop them viewing it from outside the US. Platforms routinely promise this and cannot deliver it.
Each of those is a support ticket, a missed appointment, or a refund. We read the consulates directly and keep 9 sources dated and quoted, which is the thing that is genuinely tedious to maintain and genuinely valuable to have.
What the integration looks like
Where this honestly stands
The intake, the timing engine, the document handling and the status webhooks are running in production today, because they are what our own site runs on. What does not exist yet is partner authentication, published documentation, and wholesale pricing.
We would rather build those around two or three real integrations than guess at them and be wrong. So this is an invitation, not a product launch. If your users hit this problem, tell us what your side would need to look like and we will build toward it.
We are also new, and you should weigh that. We are not going to invent a customer list to look bigger than we are.
One constraint worth knowing before you ask
Submissions to the Office of Authentications are capped at 15 documents per day per company. That is a real ceiling, it applies to us as much as anyone, and we manage it by running more than one courier. If you are planning volume, say so early so we can size for it honestly rather than discover it together.
We are a courier and agent service, not a law firm. We do not give immigration advice and nothing here is legal advice. What we publish about consulates is sourced and dated, and the sources are linked so you can check us rather than trust us.
Talk to us about an integration
Or see the consulate data first. It is free and it is the same data the API returns.
