You already hold the relationship. Somewhere in your process a client needs an FBI background check with a federal apostille, and the step falls off the end of what you offer. We pick it up there and hand it back finished.
No fee. No minimum. No contract. Nothing to integrate. Send one client and judge us on that.

Two ways. Pick either.
Both land at the same net to us. That is deliberate, so the choice is about how you want to work, not about squeezing a better number out of us.

Commission is ten percent of the $299 base fee. It is not paid on delivery, extra copies or translation, because those are close to cost and a percentage of them would come out of money we do not have.
How we know the client came from you
Three ways, and they stack. One is not enough, because people read on a phone and order on a laptop.
Your link. You get a partner link. Anyone who clicks it carries a cookie for 30 days, on every page, not just the one they landed on.
What they type. The order form asks who told them about us. We match the answer to your name, and we keep it even when it does not match, so a partner we have not signed up yet still shows up.
By hand. If both miss, tell us and we attribute the order. The rate and the amount freeze onto the order when it is placed, so nothing changes later.
What your client actually gets
Their FBI Identity History Summary apostilled by the U.S. Department of State, hand carried in Washington rather than posted. About three weeks. $299 with the $20 government fee and tracked US return shipping inside the price. A scan on the day it is collected.
Before any of that, we check their dates against the consulate holding their case. If the timing does not work we tell them, and we do not take their money. That check costs nothing and it happens on every order.
We do state documents too
An adoption dossier or a visa file is rarely one piece of paper. The FBI check is federal and goes to Washington. Birth certificates, marriage certificates and diplomas are state documents and go to the state that issued them. We handle both.

What we will not do

What does it cost to become a partner?
Nothing. There is no fee, no minimum, no contract to sign and nothing to integrate. Send one client and see what happens.
How much do I earn?
Ten percent of the $299 base fee, so $30 per order, paid monthly. Or buy at the wholesale price of $269 from ten orders a month and set your own retail price. Both land at the same net to us, on purpose.
Why is commission paid on the base fee and not the order total?
Because delivery, extra copies and translation are close to cost. A percentage of those would be paid out of money that does not exist. We would rather tell you that than quote a bigger number we cannot honour.
How do you know the client came from me?
Three ways, and they stack. A partner link sets a cookie for 30 days. The order form asks who told them about us, and matches what they type. And we can attribute an order by hand from the console. People read on a phone and order on a laptop, so a link alone is not enough.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, after the order is delivered. We do not pay a commission on an order that has not completed, because a refund would mean asking for it back.
